Role Summary
Responsible for engaging with business teams to understand business and technology needs related to ERP system including but not limited to S/4 HANA , EWM and ECC, provide operational insights, and translate these into clear IT requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and define requirements, evaluate solutions, ensure alignment with technical and business objectives, and oversee requirements management, while also guiding traceability, validation, and team development.
Responsibilities
Assess and define business needs and areas for improvement. Proactively seek out opportunities to enhance and improve in line with strategic goals, proposing potential solutions through research.
Define appropriate analysis approach to a piece of work depending on its complexity, level of risk, known assumptions, constraints and dependencies. Able to scope and recommend appropriate approaches, and capable of planning and managing their own activities to meet deliverables and deadlines.
Effectively identify stakeholders and build and maintain relationships according to individual stakeholders’ needs and levels of influence. Contribute to communication plans and change management for project and stakeholders.
Responsible for requirements management. Skilled in traceability, testing and validation, support the work with the business to identify functional and technical requirements, translating the requirements into design specifications reflecting Functional Design, User Interface Design and Business Process Design.
Closely partner with Global and local technology, ensuring the technical solution will deliver the agreed business benefits.
Support the business case definition, capturing business justification for investment including ROI and benefits realization.
Analyse and assess solution proposals and able to articulate supporting reasoning. i.e. assessing business readiness, maximizing value vs. Spend.
Key deliverables (Include but not limited to)
Map and document end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, procurement, logistics, inventory, warehouse management (EWM) and Sales and distribution .
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, including URS, user stories, and process documentation
Establish the SAP delivery requirements framework based on existing KDD and USTO documentation
Participate in project planning and co-lead workshops with the ECS team and business stakeholders
Track and resolve open action items related to BA deliverables within agreed timelines
Develop and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
Conduct Fit-Gap analysis across SAP ECC supply chain processes and EWM integration points
Support integration and solution design activities, including the review of technical, functional, and design specifications
Support risk and impact assessments
Support initial master data load and contribute to data governance planning
Drive end-to-end UAT scenarios and support the creation of test scripts and test data with business stakeholders
Contribute to and lead project phase deliverables, including PIA, BIA, TIA, Fit-Gap Analysis, and RAID activities
Requirements
8–10 years of experience using business analysis tools and techniques to design and deliver business change.
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills, including presentation and influencing skills. Experience working in a regulated environment and with third-party suppliers/vendors.
Strong implementation experience and solid understanding of SAP ECC supply chain processes and modules, including procurement, logistics, inventory, warehouse management and Sales and distribution, with knowledge of and strong experience working on EWM-related processes and integration with ECC and S/4HANA.
Degree in relevant discipline or formal certification in business analysis practice;
Exposure to Waterfall and Agile Methodology;
Experience of working in a global organisation;
Pharmaceutical business awareness//business domain knowledge.
