Responsibilities
Manage daily healthcare product workflows within revenue cycle management operations to ensure accurate patient registration billing coding and payment posting that support reliable financial outcomes for providers and patients.Coordinate with cross functional teams to resolve complex revenue cycle issues such as claim denials underpayments and delayed reimbursements ensuring timely closure and improved cash flow for healthcare organizations.Analyze operational and financial data related to healthcare product performance to identify trends process gaps and optimization opportunities that enhance efficiency and reduce avoidable revenue leakage.Execute standard operating procedures for charge capture claim submission and follow up on outstanding accounts while consistently maintaining high quality standards and compliance with applicable healthcare guidelines.Monitor status of outstanding claims and accounts receivable within the healthcare product system to prioritize worklists and take corrective actions that reduce aging and accelerate reimbursement timelines.Collaborate with internal stakeholders in a hybrid environment through secure digital channels to clarify documentation requirements and resolve data discrepancies that impact revenue cycle accuracy.Apply subject matter knowledge in healthcare products to validate configuration input parameters and workflow logic ensuring that the system supports accurate coding billing and reporting for multiple client scenarios.Provide detailed case documentation for each revenue cycle activity handled capturing root cause analysis actions taken and outcomes to strengthen audit readiness and continuous improvement initiatives.Support implementation of process enhancements recommended by quality and analytics teams by adapting daily work practices and offering structured feedback on operational practicality and impact.Adhere strictly to night shift schedules and service level expectations to deliver consistent turnaround times and dependable support for clients operating in diverse geographic regions.Maintain strong focus on data privacy and information security in all healthcare product and revenue cycle tasks to protect sensitive patient and financial information and uphold organizational trust.Contribute to the organization purpose by improving the financial sustainability of healthcare providers which indirectly supports broader community health outcomes and access to medical services.Participate in regular training and knowledge sharing sessions to stay updated on changes in healthcare product features and revenue cycle management practices and to continuously elevate personal performance.
Qualifications
Demonstrate one to four years of practical experience working with healthcare products or platforms in a revenue cycle context with accountability for measurable operational results.Exhibit solid functional understanding of revenue cycle management including registration charge capture coding billing payment posting denial management and collections activities applied in a production setting.Show ability to interpret and work with healthcare financial metrics such as days in accounts receivable denial rates and collection effectiveness to guide daily task prioritization and performance improvements.Display proficiency in using healthcare product applications or workflow tools for transaction processing documentation review and status tracking in a hybrid working model.Apply strong analytical and problem solving skills to investigate complex claim or account issues and recommend clear corrective actions that minimize recurring problems.Demonstrate effective communication skills suitable for night shift work including concise written updates clear ticket documentation and courteous virtual collaboration with colleagues and clients.Illustrate capacity to manage time and workload independently during night shifts while following defined procedures and meeting productivity and quality targets without direct continuous supervision.
