About the role
As a Change Lead, SAP S/4HANA and Finance Transformation, you will lead the people side of a large-scale transformation programme involving the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA alongside a significant Finance transformation delivered through a single go live.
You will be the accountable owner for organisational change management across the programme lifecycle, from Discovery through deployment, adoption and post-go-live sustainment. Working closely with Cognizant's delivery teams and senior client stakeholders, you will define and execute the change strategy to ensure successful business adoption and readiness.
In this role, you will:
Lead the overall Business Change Strategy, OCM plan, governance framework and change team delivery.
Lead Change Management team to successfully deliver all OCM activities and deliverables.
Drive Change Impact Assessments across technology, process, data and operating model changes.
Partner with senior stakeholders and programme sponsors to build alignment and drive engagement.
Own communication, engagement and stakeholder management activities across impacted business functions.
Establish and lead Change Champion and Super User networks to support adoption and readiness.
Oversee training strategy, Training Needs Analysis and end-user learning delivery.
Define and monitor business readiness and adoption measures before and after go-live.
Lead change support through hypercare and ensure successful transition to business-as-usual operations.

What you must have to be considered
Extensive experience leading organisational change management for large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
Proven success delivering change across the full programme lifecycle, including strategy, communications, training, readiness and adoption.
Strong experience supporting Finance transformation initiatives and associated process, data and governance changes.
Demonstrated ability to lead OCM teams and work effectively with business and technology stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder management and executive influencing capabilities.
Experience developing Change Impact Assessments, Change Action Plans and adoption strategies.
Knowledge of SAP Activate and agile delivery approaches.
Experience establishing Change Champion, Super User and business engagement networks.
Strong communication, facilitation and leadership skills.
Willingness to work in a hybrid model with regular travel
These will help you succeed
Experience within utilities or other highly regulated industries.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance capabilities and digital adoption tools.
Experience supporting both office-based and field workforce transformation.
Experience working within a client co-delivery model.
Prosci, APMG, CCMP or similar change management certification.
SAP Activate, SAFe or Scrum certification.
