Job Summary
Program Manager role in a global organization focused on delivering complex enterprise solutions using Adobe Experience Manager in a hybrid work model. Responsibilities
Drive end to end governance of large scale digital programs built on Adobe Experience Manager ensuring delivery on scope schedule and quality while aligning with organizational objectives and compliance standards.Coordinate cross functional teams including architects developers testers and business analysts to ensure seamless integration of Adobe Experience Manager solutions into the broader enterprise technology landscape.Oversee detailed program planning activities by defining milestones dependencies and resource allocation strategies that enable predictable delivery and mitigate risks across hybrid work environments.Manage stakeholder expectations through structured communication routines by presenting progress risks and mitigation plans that promote transparency and informed decision making at all levels of the organization.Monitor program performance using standardized metrics and dashboards to identify delivery bottlenecks and implement corrective actions that sustain velocity and improve overall efficiency.Guide solution teams on effective use of Adobe Experience Manager capabilities such as content management workflows and personalization features to maximize value creation for business units and end users.Implement robust risk and issue management practices by tracking impacts on timeline budget and scope and by facilitating timely escalations and resolution through cross team collaboration.Optimize hybrid work practices by defining clear collaboration norms tooling usage and communication channels that ensure productivity and cohesion for onsite and remote team members.Collaborate with enterprise architecture and operations groups to ensure Adobe Experience Manager implementations are scalable maintainable and aligned with security and performance standards.Drive continuous improvement initiatives by capturing lessons learned from Adobe Experience Manager programs and converting them into reusable frameworks templates and guidelines for future engagements.Ensure alignment of program outcomes with company mission and sustainability goals by prioritizing user centric digital experiences that improve access to information and services for diverse communities.Facilitate contract and vendor management activities related to Adobe Experience Manager including scope definition performance tracking and financial oversight to ensure optimal value realization from external partners.Maintain strong documentation discipline across all program artifacts such as charters status reports and decision logs to support audit readiness and knowledge transfer within the organization.
