About the role
As a Senior Manager, HR Transformation Consulting, you will make an impact by shaping and delivering complex HR transformation and HR technology-enabled change initiatives. In this role, you will:
- Advise CHRO, HR, and technology stakeholders on HR operating model transformation, employee experience, workforce processes, and HCM platform strategy across core HR, payroll, talent, learning, and workforce management.
- Lead complex HR transformation engagements from problem definition and roadmap development through process design, technology enablement, change management, deployment, and value realization, while managing scope, quality, financial performance, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Shape responsible AI and GenAI use cases for HCM, including employee service, recruiting, skills, learning, workforce insights, and manager enablement, with appropriate attention to data readiness, privacy, governance, human oversight, and adoption.
- Support business development through opportunity qualification, proposal development, executive presentations, solution design, value proposition development, commercial shaping, and transition from pursuit to delivery.
- Guide and coach managers and consultants, structure work, test assumptions, synthesize findings, produce decision-ready recommendations, and contribute reusable methods, market insights, and case examples that strengthen the HR Transformation practice.
