We are seeking a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and managing our cloud infrastructure on a major public cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP), ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of our applications and services.

The Senior DevOps Engineer will be involved in all aspects of the software development life cycle, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

They will also be able to collaborate with other team members, including other engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on Azure, AWS, or GCP, including managed Kubernetes, serverless functions, virtual machines, application gateways/load balancers, and API management services.
Develop and maintain Pipelines for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) of applications and services.
Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform to automate provisioning and configuration management tasks.
Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate them using Kubernetes (k8s) for scalable and resilient deployment.
Write automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python to streamline routine tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications in the cloud environment.
Demonstrate experience, ability to work independently, mentor others and contribute to raising projects technical maturity.
Monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and cost of cloud resources, implementing best practices for security and compliance.

Job Requirements

Essential Skills:

Proven experience in a DevOps or cloud infrastructure engineering role.
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP), including its compute, networking, serverless, and API management services.
Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including managed services (e.g., AKS, EKS, GKE).
Hands-on experience with Terraform (infrastructure as code).
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
Solid understanding of Git, networking, and cloud security fundamentals.
Practical experience using AI-assisted engineering tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Gemini Code Assist) to speed up scripting, infrastructure as code, pipeline development, and troubleshooting, with sound judgement in reviewing and validating AI-generated output.
Fluent English, written and spoken.

Nice to Have Skills.

Knowledge of other automation tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
Experience with agentic workflows in observability, triage and general DevOps practices.

Qualifications:
Nice to have:

Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator or DevOps Engineer Expert, AWS Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect or DevOps Engineer).
Multi-cloud experience (working with more than one of Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, Amazon CloudWatch, Google Cloud Monitoring).

The salary range for this position is from 4485 to 5950 EURO gross before taxes.*
