Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Architect with 9 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust security architectures to protect our organizations digital assets. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of our systems and data.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive security architectures that align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate security measures into existing and new systems.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Implement security protocols and technologies to safeguard sensitive information and prevent unauthorized access.
- Monitor security systems and respond to incidents promptly to minimize potential impacts.
- Provide guidance and support to IT teams in the implementation of security solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and threats to proactively address potential risks.
- Design and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend security tools and technologies to enhance the organizations security posture.
- Lead incident response efforts and conduct post-incident analysis to improve future responses.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver security awareness training programs.
- Ensure that security measures are scalable and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Contribute to the development of a security-focused culture within the organization.

- Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing security architectures.
- Have experience with security assessment tools and methodologies.
