Job Summary

The DGM-IOA Delivery role requires an experienced professional with 18 to 20 years of expertise in Advanced Excel Cost Accounting and Management. This hybrid position involves overseeing delivery operations ensuring efficient processes and optimizing resource allocation during day shifts. The role does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
  • Implement strategies to optimize resource allocation and improve overall productivity.
  • Utilize Advanced Excel skills to analyze data and generate insightful reports for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align delivery objectives with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of delivery teams to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Develop cost accounting methodologies to accurately track and manage expenses.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all delivery activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance delivery efficiency.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage risks associated with delivery operations and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Drive initiatives that contribute to the companys purpose and positively impact society.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the delivery teams.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Exhibit strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices.
  • Possess excellent management skills to oversee delivery operations effectively.
  • Have a proven track record of optimizing resource allocation and improving productivity.
  • Show ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Display strong analytical skills to evaluate performance and identify improvement areas.
  • Have experience in developing and implementing cost accounting methodologies.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills for seamless coordination with stakeholders.
  • Possess a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Show commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Certifications Required

Chartered Accountant (CA) Advanced Excel Certification
