Job Summary
The Sr Product Specialist(ISG) will play a crucial role in enhancing product offerings by leveraging expertise in Biovia ELN. With a hybrid work model the specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and ensure product alignment with customer needs. This role requires 8 to 10 years of experience in the field focusing on technical excellence and strategic product development.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of product strategies that align with company goals and customer needs.
- Oversee the integration of Biovia ELN into existing product frameworks to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
- Develop detailed product specifications and documentation to support development and deployment activities.
- Ensure product compliance with industry standards and regulations to maintain quality and reliability.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team knowledge and skills related to Biovia ELN.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for product promotion and customer engagement.
- Implement agile methodologies to streamline product development and enhance team productivity.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools to support product development initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and creative problem-solving. Qualifications
- Possess a strong understanding of Biovia ELN and its application in product development.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex product challenges.
- Exhibit proficiency in project management and agile methodologies to drive efficient product development.
- Have experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- Show ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Hold a degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science Engineering or related disciplines.
