Job Summary

The WMS QA Lead role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of software products within our organization. With a focus on automation and integration the candidate will leverage their expertise in various testing tools and methodologies to drive successful outcomes. This position requires a strong technical background and the ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid work model.


Responsibilities

  • 8-12 years of WMS testing experience
  • 4 years of Hands on experience in Manhattan Active WMS Testing
  • Experience in MHE testing
  • Experience in Managing Defect Triage calls
  • Experience managing onsite UAT co-ordinate with different teams for End to end testing
  • Experience in ALM for defect management
  • Experience in creating test planning and strategy documents for system integration testing for WMS upgrade/role out
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Travel to DC during ST/SIT/UAT
  • Experience working with the
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test strategies to ensure product quality and performance.
  • Oversee the implementation of automated testing frameworks using Python RestAssured and TestNG to streamline testing processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to the testing team in utilizing tools such as Tosca UiPath and Jenkins for efficient test automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing efforts with development and deployment processes using GITHUB.
  • Ensure thorough testing of Manhattan WMS and Manhattan Active systems to maintain operational excellence.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in testing and quality assurance within the supply chain management domain.
  • Utilize JavaScript to enhance test scripts and improve automation coverage across multiple channels.
  • Monitor and analyze test results to identify trends and areas for improvement in product quality.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for test plans test cases and test results to ensure transparency and traceability.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to communicate testing progress and address any concerns.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all testing activities.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages team members to contribute ideas and solutions. Qualifications
  • Possess strong technical skills in Python RestAssured GITHUB Jenkins JavaScript TestNG Tosca UiPath and Manhattan WMS.
  • Demonstrate experience in supply chain management and multi-channel domains is advantageous.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Show proficiency in creating and executing automated test scripts.
  • Have a solid understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
  • Display effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks in testing processes.


Certifications Required

ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Manager Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
