Job Summary

As a Sr. Developer you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing data solutions using Databricks technologies. You will work in a hybrid model collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and enhance data processing capabilities. Your expertise in Databricks Workspace Admin SQL and PySpark will be crucial in driving efficient data management and analytics processes.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data solutions using Databricks technologies to optimize data processing and analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance data workflows and pipelines.
  • Utilize Databricks Workspace Admin to manage and configure workspaces for efficient data operations.
  • Apply Databricks SQL to query and analyze large datasets ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Leverage Databricks Workflows to automate data processing tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Utilize PySpark to develop scalable data processing applications and enhance performance.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Databricks environments and workflows.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Databricks-related projects.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management processes and technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Databricks technologies and data analytics trends.
  • Drive innovation and efficiency in data processing and analytics to support business objectives.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Databricks Workspace Admin SQL and Workflows for data management.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in PySpark for developing scalable data processing applications.
  • Have a solid understanding of data security and compliance standards.
  • Experience in Finance & Accounting domain is a plus for understanding business requirements.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to drive innovation in data solutions.
