About the role

The Program Manager will oversee and manage various projects within the organization ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives. This role requires expertise in project procurement management vendor management and commercial project management. The candidate will work in a hybrid model with day shifts focusing on authoring and negotiation to drive project success.

In this role, you will:

  • Understanding of field services operations under the IT category.

  • SOW negotiations not limited to commercials but contractually as well, clauses pertaining to procurement.

  • Develop and build relationship with key partners and work on quotes and contract renewals.

  • Coordinating with the internal teams including legal, and driving the project to closure.

  • Create Sourcing Plan and Project Trackers for large value deals.

  • Contract Management- MSAs renewals, new partner onboarding, SSA agreements.

  • Engaged actively in RFPs for the new bids with the pre-sales/solutioning team.

  • Create Order packs, internal approval notes and summarize the transaction with artefacts.

  • Preparing Timely Reports, Trackers and Monthly Presentations to report to the leadership.

  • Quarterly business connects with the partners, drive financial health checks and learn about the industry and report major changes to the management.
