1. Job Title : Architect 2. Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Architect with 9 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS Microservices Springboot Microservices Core Java and Project Management. As a Scrum Master you will work in a hybrid model during day shifts focusing on designing and implementing scalable solutions that align with our business goals. 3. Experience : 9 - 12 years 4. Responsibilities : - Design and implement scalable and robust architecture solutions using AWS and Microservices to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes. - Oversee the development and deployment of Springboot Microservices to enhance application performance. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team ensuring adherence to best practices. - Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure compliance with industry standards. - Manage project timelines and deliverables ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies as a Scrum Master promoting Agile methodologies and practices. - Analyze and resolve complex technical issues providing innovative solutions to improve system efficiency. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs and technical specifications. - Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Ensure the security and scalability of applications by implementing best practices in cloud architecture. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize resource utilization. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team. -Qualifications - Possess a strong understanding of AWS services and architecture principles. - Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing Microservices and Springboot Microservices. - Exhibit proficiency in Core Java programming and related frameworks. - Have experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Show capability as a Scrum Master with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies. - Display excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Maintain strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 9.
