Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP PP modules including Shop Floor Execution Production Campaign and Process Order Execution. A background in Manufacturing Supply Chain and Finance & Accounting is preferred. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects during day shifts without travel requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement SAP PP solutions tailored to meet business requirements and optimize shop floor execution processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP PP modules with other systems and processes.
  • Analyze and streamline production campaign workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
  • Provide expert guidance on process order execution ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational goals.
  • Conduct detailed assessments of existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance functionality and performance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for SAP PP configurations processes and workflows to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on SAP PP functionalities and their application in day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted operations and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable SAP PP solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards while implementing SAP PP solutions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve manufacturing and supply chain processes using SAP PP capabilities.
  • Support finance and accounting teams by integrating SAP PP functionalities to streamline cost tracking and reporting.
  • Stay updated on the latest SAP PP developments and trends to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.


Qualifications

  • Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP PP modules including Shop Floor Execution Production Campaign and Process Order Execution.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to assess and optimize manufacturing and supply chain workflows.
  • Exhibit familiarity with domain skills in Manufacturing Supply Chain and Finance & Accounting which are considered advantageous.
  • Showcase excellent problem-solving abilities to address system issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Display strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP PP solutions that drive operational efficiency and business success.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site responsibilities seamlessly.


Certifications Required

SAP Certified Application Associate - Production Planning & Manufacturing
