Job Summary

This role focuses on managing and optimizing SAP systems hosted on Azure ensuring seamless operations and upgrades. The Lead Administrator will leverage their expertise in SAP Basis Administration SAP S/4HANA and Azure Public Cloud to deliver robust solutions. The position requires a hybrid work model day shift and no travel.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee SAP systems hosted on Azure ensuring optimal performance and reliability for business-critical operations.
  • Provide technical expertise in SAP Basis Administration including NetWeaver ABAP and JAVA to maintain system integrity and functionality.
  • Execute SAP Technical Upgrades and migrations ensuring minimal downtime and seamless transitions for the organization.
  • Administer SAP S/4HANA systems ensuring efficient operations and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Implement and manage SAP BTP Administration to support innovative business processes and cloud-based solutions.
  • Perform SAP HANA DB Administration tasks ensuring database performance security and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP systems with Supply Chain Management and Multi-Channel domains driving operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system issues proactively ensuring timely resolution to minimize business impact.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for SAP systems including configurations processes and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards for SAP systems and Azure cloud environments.
  • Optimize resource utilization and system performance through continuous monitoring and fine-tuning.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in SAP and Azure applying them to enhance system capabilities.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate expertise in SAP Basis Administration including NetWeaver ABAP and JAVA with a proven track record of managing complex systems.
  • Showcase proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Administration ensuring seamless operations and system upgrades.
  • Exhibit strong knowledge of Azure Public Cloud Administration with experience in hosting and managing SAP systems on Azure.
  • Possess hands-on experience in SAP Technical Upgrades ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with SAP BTP Administration supporting innovative cloud-based solutions.
  • Highlight skills in SAP HANA DB Administration ensuring database performance and scalability.
  • Nice to have domain experience in Supply Chain Management and Multi-Channel contributing to business process optimization.
  • Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues effectively.
  • Showcase strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site responsibilities efficiently.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to learning and applying emerging technologies in SAP and Azure environments.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry standards in all technical and administrative tasks.
