Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled BI Dashboard Developer / Data Management Support professional with strong expertise in MicroStrategy (MSTR) and BI support within the Investment Banking & Capital Markets domain.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on MicroStrategy (MSTR) experience
- Strong understanding of BI support & data workflows
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skill
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance MicroStrategy dashboards and reports
- Provide production support for BI applications
- Manage MSTR upgrades and change implementations
- Deliver Level 1 & Level 2 support and coordinate with L3 teams
- Build and maintain interactive, user-friendly dashboard
Data & BI Expertise
- Manage data feeds, validation, and issue resolution
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization
- Apply strong data management practices in BI environments
