Job Summary
This hybrid policy servicing role focuses on processing changes and endorsements with accuracy and speed using MS Office tools while working night shifts in a global multinational environment. The professional ensures policy data integrity timely updates and clear communication in English to support customer and business needs without travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Process policy servicing requests related to changes and endorsements with high accuracy and adherence to defined turnaround times using standardized procedures and MS Office tools
- Review incoming endorsement instructions and supporting documents to confirm completeness clarity and compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory expectations before processing any updates
- Update policy records in core systems by transcribing information from source documents using MS Office applications to maintain accurate data and reduce downstream processing errors
- Validate updated policy details against source documentation and internal checklists to identify discrepancies early and escalate exceptions through defined channels for timely resolution
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders through email and collaboration platforms to obtain missing information and clarify ambiguous instructions while maintaining a professional and service focused tone
- Prepare and maintain endorsement logs status trackers and daily reports in spreadsheet format to support operational transparency audit readiness and management review
- Generate and format policy documents and endorsement schedules using word processing tools ensuring consistent structure correct policy references and clear presentation for distribution
- Follow documented standard operating procedures and control checklists during each step of policy servicing to support risk mitigation audit compliance and continuous quality improvement
- Adhere to night shift schedules and hybrid work expectations by managing time effectively attending virtual huddles and staying aligned with team communication routines across locations
- Monitor personal work queues and prioritize tasks based on service level agreements and customer impact to ensure critical endorsements are processed on time and accurately
- Contribute to process improvement by identifying recurring issues in policy changes documenting observations and sharing ideas that can streamline workflows and enhance data quality
- Support business continuity by maintaining organized electronic files following naming conventions and ensuring that all processed endorsements are easily traceable for future reference and audits
- Utilize English reading writing and speaking skills to interpret policy language draft clear updates and participate in virtual discussions that enhance understanding of complex endorsement scenarios
Qualifications
- Demonstrate foundational proficiency in MS Office including spreadsheets word processing and presentation tools to manage policy data updates reports and related documentation activities
- Possess working knowledge of policy changes and endorsements within insurance or similar financial services domains including basic understanding of how endorsements alter coverage or terms
- Apply strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy when capturing policy information validating figures and reconciling differences between system entries and supporting documents
- Exhibit effective written and verbal communication skills in English to interact with team members respond to queries and document endorsement outcomes clearly and professionally
- Show capability to adapt to structured processes night shift schedules and hybrid working arrangements while maintaining consistent productivity reliability and focus
- Display willingness to learn new systems tools and domain concepts related to policy servicing and to incorporate feedback from supervisors and quality checks into daily work practices
Certifications Required
Any one of MS Office Specialist certification or equivalent office productivity certification is preferred for this role
