Responsibilities : -Support day to day sales operations activities by maintaining accurate opportunity and account records to enable reliable visibility of the sales pipeline and forecast accuracy for business planning -Prepare and update recurring sales performance dashboards in MS Excel that consolidate data from multiple sources to help teams make informed commercial decisions -Track and validate order bookings quotes and renewals using structured Excel templates to reduce errors and ensure timely processing for internal and external stakeholders -Respond to internal sales team queries in a timely and clear manner to resolve issues that could delay customer proposals or order closure -Coordinate with cross functional teams such as finance supply and customer service to collect information that supports smooth end to end sales fulfillment -Analyze historical sales trends in MS Excel to highlight variances opportunities and risks that can guide targeted improvement actions -Document and refine standard operating procedures for sales support tasks to drive consistency scalability and easier onboarding for new team members -Support day shift hybrid operations by managing daily queues and assigned tickets to maintain agreed service levels and response times -Collaborate with senior colleagues to prepare customer ready reports and presentations that communicate value outcomes and performance in a concise format -Assist in quality checks of customer and product data within core tools and Excel files to uphold data integrity and compliance with internal standards -Contribute to continuous improvement ideas that streamline manual steps in reporting or order support and enhance the overall experience for customers and internal partners -Apply any exposure to 3G or related telecommunications concepts to better understand customer requirements and align sales support materials where relevant -Participate in trainings and knowledge sharing sessions to strengthen sales process understanding and improve use of MS Excel features for analytics and reporting -Qualifications -Demonstrate solid hands on proficiency with MS Excel including formulas pivot tables and basic data validation features to manage high volume sales data effectively -Exhibit strong analytical thinking and attention to detail to identify data inconsistencies and support accurate reporting for business stakeholders -Communicate clearly in spoken and written form to collaborate smoothly with global colleagues and support customer facing teams in a professional manner -Show willingness to learn sales processes tools and industry terminology to become an effective partner to sales and account management teams -Bring any knowledge of 3G or telecom network concepts as a beneficial domain understanding that can improve context in supporting relevant deals or customers -Adapt comfortably to a hybrid work model and day shift schedule while managing priorities independently and escalating issues when required -Display a proactive mindset by seeking feedback identifying optimization opportunities and supporting a culture of continuous improvement within the sales support function 9.
