Job Summary
Contribute to brand safety and platform integrity by reviewing and translating Thai digital content into clear English insights for content strategy teams ensuring compliance with internal policies and regional regulations while working from office in rotational shifts to support continuous monitoring of user content and protect users clients and community trust across online experiences.
Responsibilities
- Review Thai language user content across multiple digital platforms to identify potential brand safety risks and take action that protects client reputation and community trust.
- Translate Thai content into accurate and context aware English summaries that enable internal teams to make informed moderation and content strategy decisions.
- Apply defined platform policies and content guidelines consistently to all assigned Thai content while maintaining high levels of quality and productivity.
- Collaborate with content strategy stakeholders by sharing clear observations about emerging Thai language trends that may impact content safety or user experience.
- Monitor sensitive and high visibility Thai content queues during rotational shifts to ensure timely decisions that keep the platform safe and reliable.
- Document review outcomes and translations in workflow tools with clear and concise notes in English to support audits and continuous improvement.
- Flag unusual or complex Thai language cases to senior team members and policy specialists to ensure correct handling and policy alignment.
- Contribute to the refinement of content strategy playbooks by providing data backed feedback on recurring Thai content patterns and user behaviors.
- Participate in quality review sessions and calibration meetings to align on interpretation of policies for Thai content and to minimize decision variance.
- Engage in continuous learning on cultural nuances and current events in Thailand that may influence content meaning and risk assessment.
- Support cross functional initiatives by sharing localized Thai insights that help optimize campaigns and improve platform level safety features.
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality and ethical conduct while handling user generated content that may be sensitive or distressing.
- Adapt quickly to policy updates and workflow changes so that Thai content decisions remain current with evolving client and regulatory expectations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate fluent Thai reading writing and speaking skills combined with strong English comprehension to ensure precise translation and risk evaluation.
- Show proven ability in Thai to English translation with attention to idioms tone and cultural references relevant to online media and social platforms.
- Exhibit foundational understanding of content strategy concepts such as audience relevance contextual integrity and brand alignment for digital channels.
- Display strong analytical and detail orientation skills to evaluate large volumes of Thai content while minimizing errors and bias in decisions.
- Apply effective written communication skills in English to document case rationales and collaborate with global teams in a clear and respectful manner.
- Manage time efficiently during rotational shifts and maintain consistent throughput under defined service level targets for content review.
- Adapt to work from office requirements and remain flexible to changing shift schedules that support continuous platform coverage.
