About the Role
As a Deal Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation for our clients in India. You will be responsible for architecting winning solutions for large and medium sized deals (USD 25 to 50 million) in both the private and public sectors. This role requires a deep understanding of various technologies, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to navigate complex RFP processes.
As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with technical experts, delivery partners, commercial teams, legal, finance, contract management teams, and customer stakeholders to develop compelling and competitive solutions. You will have the opportunity to influence strategic deal pursuits, optimize technical and commercial outcomes, and contribute to business growth while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will:
- Analyze RFPs and lead QandA sessions with customers alongside technical experts.
- Develop compelling and competitive solutions that align with organizational guidelines and leverage best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with multiple technical teams delivery partners commercial legal finance and contract management teams.
- Manage solution versions integrate components from various technical towers and ensure a cohesive final response.
- Optimize estimations technical solutions and project costs.
- Own the final solution response and ensure its completeness.
- Share effort and cost details with finance for commercial solution development.
- Support the commercial team in deal negotiations and auctions.
- Assist legal contract and delivery teams in drafting Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Communicate deal summaries to leadership and present solutions to internal review boards.
- Defend solutions with customers and manage risks associated with the solution development process.
- Model SLA penalties and analyze commercial risks.
- Design RACI matrices across internal teams partners and customers.
- Report deal unit economics and benchmark against organizational guidelines.

What You Must Have to Be Considered
- Proven experience in architecting solutions for large scale digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of ERP implementations and other platform-based solutions (e.g. SAP RISE Salesforce ServiceNow).
- Experience with multi tower multi-year IT outsourcing engagements.
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud architectures ( VPC Network Connectivity DC DR Compute & Storage types Security ) modern data architectures and observability concepts.
- Understanding of API management cybersecurity principles and agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of different commercial models (effort-based task catalog outcome based etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Office 365 especially MS Excel.
- Experience with Low-Code No-Code platforms.
- Knowledge of bot-based solutions and automation in software engineering or application support.
- Familiarity with Generative AI and its application in automating daily work.
- TOGAF
