Job Summary

The Scrum Master serves as the facilitator and servant leader for the Scrum team ensuring Agile practices are followed and helping remove impediments to progress.

The role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Standups Reviews and Retrospectives. You will coach team members on Agile and Scrum best practices remove blockers and manage dependencies. Partnering with Product Owners and stakeholders is essential
