Job Summary
The role of Demand Role Manager focuses on planning analyzing and optimizing technology demand across SFDC TCRM iPipeline and GCP based initiatives in a hybrid day shift environment with no travel requirement. The manager will coordinate with product and delivery teams to prioritize work align demand with capacity and ensure high value outcomes for clients and society.
Responsibilities
- Drive end to end demand management activities for SFDC TCRM iPipeline and GCP initiatives by gathering needs from stakeholders and translating them into clear and actionable demand items that align with business priorities and timelines.
- Coordinate closely with product owners architects and delivery managers to prioritize technology demands based on strategic value risk effort and capacity ensuring that the most impactful work is planned and executed first.
- Develop and maintain an integrated demand roadmap that reflects upcoming initiatives across SFDC TCRM iPipeline and GCP platforms while maintaining transparency on scope dependencies and expected benefits for all partners.
- Monitor ongoing demand against available capacity for hybrid teams proactively identifying potential bottlenecks over allocations or under utilization and recommending practical mitigation actions.
- Collaborate with finance and portfolio teams to estimate effort cost and expected value for demand items enabling informed investment decisions that support sustainable revenue growth and positive client outcomes.
- Establish and refine demand intake processes templates and review checkpoints so that requests are consistently documented evaluated and approved in a structured and efficient manner.
- Engage with client facing teams and internal business partners to clarify requirements for SFDC TCRM and iPipeline based solutions ensuring that demand accurately reflects regulatory operational and experience needs.
- Partner with GCP engineering and data teams to assess feasibility integration considerations and infrastructure implications for new demand items that involve cloud based data processing and analytics.
- Track demand lifecycle metrics such as lead time cycle time throughput and value realization and present concise insights to management that highlight trends risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Support continuous improvement by analyzing patterns in demand identifying recurring pain points or inefficiencies and proposing pragmatic process or tooling enhancements that increase predictability and quality.
- Guide cross functional workshops and planning sessions in the hybrid model making sure that participants have a shared understanding of scope success criteria and next steps for each prioritized demand item.
- Ensure robust documentation of demand items assumptions dependencies and acceptance criteria so that delivery teams can plan and execute work with reduced ambiguity and rework.
- Align demand management practices with organizational risk compliance and data privacy standards particularly for SFDC TCRM iPipeline and GCP workloads that handle sensitive customer information.
- Partner with enablement teams to share insights on upcoming demand so that the right skills in SFDC TCRM iPipeline and GCP are developed in advance to meet future portfolio needs.
- Coordinate with operations and support teams to incorporate feedback from production incidents and enhancement requests into the structured demand pipeline in order to improve stability and user satisfaction.
- Influence stakeholders through evidence based recommendations using data and clear reasoning to negotiate priorities manage expectations and drive consensus on trade offs across conflicting needs.
- Ensure effective communication in the hybrid work environment by using collaboration tools and structured updates so that distributed team members remain aligned on active and upcoming demand.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate eight to ten years of experience in technology demand management portfolio management or similar roles with significant involvement in enterprise scale application landscapes.
- Show hands on experience working with SFDC TCRM including familiarity with data models analytics features and typical integration patterns used in customer and revenue management scenarios.
- Apply practical experience with iPipeline platforms in insurance or financial services contexts including understanding of workflow document management and digital distribution capabilities.
- Exhibit working knowledge of GCP services relevant to data integration and application hosting so that cloud related demands can be assessed for feasibility cost and alignment with standards.
- Use strong skills in stakeholder communication negotiation and expectation management to bridge business goals and technical execution in a clear and inclusive manner.
- Display proficiency in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to build forecasts prioritize work identify risks and present concise insights that support decision making.
- Demonstrate capability to operate effectively in a hybrid work model by leveraging collaboration tools maintaining clear documentation and fostering trust across onsite and remote team members.
- Show familiarity with agile and iterative delivery practices so that demand items can be decomposed sequenced and refined to fit within modern delivery frameworks.
Certifications Required
Salesforce certification related to analytics or CRM GCP Associate Cloud Engineer or equivalent cloud certification relevant insurance or financial domain certification is desirable
