About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled JDE E1 SCM & Finance Lead to oversee and drive North America support, operations, and continuous improvement initiatives across JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1). This role will lead integrated programs that optimize Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, and Finance processes while ensuring seamless alignment between business and technology teams. The ideal candidate will provide governance, operational support, and strategic guidance across JDE Finance and Supply Chain Management modules to improve system performance, business efficiency, and operational reliability.
In this Role You Will
- Lead and support North America JDE E1 operations across Finance and Supply Chain Management modules.
- Drive initiatives that enhance end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, ensuring accurate billing, collections, and transaction processing.
- Oversee planning, execution, and support activities for JDE Business Functions to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Manage and coordinate North America month-end close activities within the JDE E1 environment.
- Monitor and support key SCM and Finance business processes, ensuring system stability and operational excellence.
- Provide governance across JDE E1 workstreams including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Inventory Management, Advanced Pricing, and Agreement Management.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and implement process improvements.
- Support Accounts Payable processes, including invoice processing, matching, approvals, and payment execution.
- Drive enhancements to Accounts Receivable capabilities, including invoicing, cash application, credit management, and collections processes.
- Improve inventory management workflows by promoting accurate inventory visibility, replenishment planning, and integration with downstream business processes.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks while ensuring adherence to established delivery and support standards.

What You Need to Have to Be Considered
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Strong experience supporting and managing JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1) environments.
- Solid knowledge of JDE Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.
- Strong understanding of JDE Finance modules, including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Experience supporting month-end financial close processes within JDE E1.
- Experience monitoring and managing Finance and SCM processes in enterprise ERP environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
These Will Help You Stand Out
- Experience supporting large-scale North American ERP operations.
- Knowledge of JDE Inventory Management, Advanced Pricing, and Agreement Management modules.
- Experience leading ERP transformation, optimization, or support initiatives.
- Familiarity with Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay business processes.
- Experience working within manufacturing, agriculture, or industrial enterprise environments.
- Exposure to system integration, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of AGCO JDE systems and business processes.

Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $83,250 - $112,500, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
