About the role
As a Senior Program Manager, Inventory and Order Fulfillment Consulting, you will make an impact by leading complex supply chain transformation initiatives focused on inventory management, order fulfillment, operating model design, process harmonization, and AI-enabled supply chain capabilities. You will be a valued member of the consulting team and work collaboratively with clients, executive stakeholders, global delivery teams, and cross-functional Cognizant teams to design and deliver scalable transformation outcomes. ,
In this role, you will
- Lead global inventory management and order fulfillment transformation programs, including operating model design, process harmonization, inventory optimization, and order management transformation.
- Advise clients on core inventory management capabilities, including inventory planning, warehouse operations, inventory reconciliation, stock reservation, inventory visibility, and cycle count processes.
- Design and lead order fulfillment transformation across order capture, order promising, inventory allocation, fulfillment, shipping, and returns management.
- Shape AI-enabled supply chain use cases, including inventory reconciliation automation, intelligent inventory reservation, order capture AI, sales order assistants, order conversion automation, and control tower capabilities.
- Lead executive workshops, design sessions, stakeholder conversations, and the development of global process templates to support large-scale consulting delivery.
- Consistently demonstrate the Cognizant Way to Lead, including personal leadership, organizational leadership, and business leadership through collaboration, strategic direction, client focus, accountability, and results orientation.
Required skills: what you need to be considered
- 12+ years of experience in supply chain transformation, with deep expertise across inventory management, warehouse operations, order management, fulfillment processes, and logistics operations.
- 5+ years of experience leading global consulting programs in a client-facing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead global workshops, process design sessions, executive stakeholder engagement, and consulting-led transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end order fulfillment processes, including order capture, order promising, inventory allocation, fulfillment, shipping, and returns management.
- Experience shaping transformation roadmaps that combine process, operating model, technology, data, and AI-enabled supply chain capabilities.

Preferred skills: what will help you stand out
- Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM.
- Experience designing or delivering AI and GenAI use cases in supply chain.
- Experience with digital twin and supply chain control tower capabilities.
- Experience with process mining in a supply chain or order management transformation environment.
- Ability to translate complex supply chain challenges into practical, scalable consulting solutions for global clients.

Working arrangements
We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 4 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Toronto, Ontario. Compensation
The annual salary for this position is expected to be between 105,000 CAD and $160,000 CAD, depending on experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
