Job Summary
This hybrid role focuses on storyboarding and content and learning development for digital learning solutions within a multinational environment. The developer will design engaging instructional materials transform complex concepts into clear narratives and collaborate closely with cross functional partners. The position operates in a day shift schedule with no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design engaging learning storyboards that translate complex concepts into clear and sequenced visual and textual narratives that align with defined learning outcomes and business goals.
- Develop end to end digital learning content that is concise accessible and aligned to brand standards to support consistent learner experiences across regions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture domain knowledge and convert it into accurate and instructionally sound learning scenarios and examples.
- Create interactive activities quizzes and practice exercises that reinforce learning objectives and encourage active participation from diverse learner groups.
- Refine and iterate on storyboards and content based on stakeholder feedback and pilot session observations to ensure clarity accuracy and learner engagement.
- Align all learning assets with standardized templates tone guidelines and visual frameworks so that programs present a cohesive experience across multiple offerings.
- Use authoring tools and basic multimedia editing tools to assemble storyboards into deployable digital learning modules suitable for the organization learning platforms.
- Coordinate with design and media teams to ensure graphics animations and audio elements are integrated smoothly and enhance the instructional intent of each module.
- Conduct basic quality checks on content and assessments to verify functionality correctness and accessibility before release to learners.
- Monitor learner and stakeholder feedback from surveys and analytics dashboards to identify opportunities for improving clarity engagement and knowledge retention.
- Document content development steps file structures and review comments so that future updates and maintenance activities can be performed efficiently.
- Support alignment of learning solutions with company purpose by emphasizing ethical practices inclusion and real world impact in examples and case stories.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practices in storyboarding and learning development with peers and project partners.
Qualifications
- Possess foundational experience in storyboarding for learning solutions where narrative flow clarity and structure are central to the design of each course.
- Demonstrate hands on exposure to content and learning development activities such as preparing scripts drafting assessments and building digital modules for early career level roles.
- Apply basic knowledge of instructional design principles such as sequencing scaffolding and reinforcement when designing content for diverse learner profiles.
- Use standard e learning authoring tools or learning platforms at a beginner to intermediate level to assemble storyboards into working modules.
- Communicate clearly in written and spoken form to collaborate with subject matter experts reviewers and design partners in a hybrid work model.
- Adapt quickly to feedback and changing priorities typical of early career development roles while maintaining focus on quality and learner experience.
- Show curiosity about emerging learning technologies and practices so that future content can evolve alongside organizational and societal needs.
