Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to build, optimize, and maintain scalable data platforms and pipelines that power customer insights, personalization, analytics, and AI-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing and delivering high-performance batch and real-time data solutions, enabling business stakeholders to derive actionable customer intelligence and support targeted marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust batch and real-time data pipelines to support enterprise analytics and personalization initiatives.
  • Build scalable data ingestion, transformation, and delivery frameworks for analytics, reporting, machine learning, and AI use cases.
  • Enable data readiness and accessibility for customer analytics, segmentation, audience creation, and campaign execution.
  • Implement and manage data quality, validation, lineage, and monitoring frameworks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Analytics teams, and business stakeholders to operationalize and productionize machine learning models.
  • Optimize data platform performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency across cloud environments.

Skills Required:

  • 5–8 yrs Data Engineering experience
  • Strong in Python, SQL, Spark
  • Experience with AWS/Azure, Snowflake/Databricks
  • Exposure to real-time streaming (Kafka/Kinesis preferred)
