About the Role
We are seeking a Sr. Developer / Data Support Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter, Oracle, and MongoDB to join our Digital Engineering practice, supporting a leading private banking client. In this hybrid role, you will design, build, and support data integration and transformation solutions, ensuring seamless workflows, high data quality, and optimized performance across critical banking data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Data Integration Development: Design and develop data integration solutions using Informatica PowerCenter to meet business requirements and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Workflow Administration: Manage, schedule, and monitor ETL workflows, sessions, and batch jobs using Informatica CLI (pmcmd, infacmd) and Informatica Scheduler.
• Database Development: Develop and optimize PL/SQL procedures, queries, and data models in Oracle to support integration pipelines.
• NoSQL Integration: Support integration flows involving MongoDB, ensuring seamless data exchange between structured and unstructured data sources.
• Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in ETL processes and implement performance tuning across mappings, sessions, and workflows.
• Data Quality & Governance: Apply data validation, error-handling, and reconciliation practices to ensure compliance with data quality standards relevant to a regulated banking environment.
• Production Support: Provide L2/L3 support for scheduled jobs, troubleshoot failures, and ensure SLA compliance for critical data pipelines.
• Documentation: Maintain clear technical documentation for mappings, workflows, and support runbooks to enable knowledge continuity.
Required Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of experience in data integration/ETL development, with strong hands-on expertise in Informatica PowerCenter.
• Practical experience with Informatica CLI (pmcmd, infacmd) for deployment, monitoring, and workflow administration.
• Proficiency with Informatica Scheduler for batch job orchestration.
• Solid working knowledge of Oracle databases and PL/SQL.
• Exposure to MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in production support environments.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Availability for a hybrid work model, Day shift.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in banking, private banking, or other regulated financial services environments.
