Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Saviynt IGA Lead with strong expertise in Identity Governance and Administration, access lifecycle management, RBAC, application onboarding, and compliance reporting. This role will support IAM delivery initiatives by configuring Saviynt workflows, integrating enterprise applications, and enabling audit and governance processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Workday/Fieldglass HR data synchronization, ServiceNow CMDB integration, SoD policy frameworks, and IAM project coordination. This position requires strong technical knowledge, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive delivery governance in alignment with IT security standards.

In this role, you will:
· Lead Saviynt IGA implementation and support activities across access lifecycle management, RBAC, governance, and compliance reporting.
· Configure and manage Saviynt workflows, access request processes, approval flows, certifications, and governance controls.
· Support enterprise application onboarding into Saviynt, including access model definition, connector setup, and role mapping.
· Implement and support SoD policy frameworks, access reviews, audit reporting, and compliance controls.
· Integrate Saviynt with enterprise systems including Workday, Fieldglass, and ServiceNow CMDB for HR data synchronization and application discovery.
· Work with stakeholders to define and implement IAM processes aligned with client IT security standards and policies.
· Provide coordination, guidance, and delivery support for IAM projects requiring Saviynt expertise.
· Track delivery progress, prepare weekly dashboards, and report project health to client and leadership teams.
· Support change management processes and ensure project activities follow governance and release standards.
· Collaborate with security, application, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve IAM issues and improve access governance maturity.
What you need to have to be considered
· 7+ years of total IT experience with strong specialization in Saviynt IGA.
· Hands-on experience with Saviynt access lifecycle management, RBAC, access certifications, workflows, and compliance reporting.
· Proven experience with application onboarding, SoD policy framework implementation, and audit/governance support.
· Experience integrating Saviynt with Workday, Fieldglass, ServiceNow CMDB, and enterprise applications.
· Strong understanding of IAM concepts, access governance, user lifecycle management, and security controls.
· Experience in security domain projects with exposure to IT security standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
· Ability to manage delivery progress, status reporting, dashboards, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
· Good understanding of change management processes within IAM or security programs.
· Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
· Good-to-have experience with Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Identity Federation, and Oracle Identity Governance.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $[105,500 - 124,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
