About the role
As a Senior Business Analyst - Test and Rollout Lead, you will make an impact by leading the end-to-end testing, onboarding and international deployment of Internal Ratings-Based credit risk models. You will be a valued member of the Banking and Financial Services Consulting team and work collaboratively with Credit Analytics, Risk, Model Validation, Data, Technology, Operations and local business teams across multiple markets.
In this role, you will
Own the end-to-end test strategy, plans, governance and defect-resolution lifecycle for IRB model deployments, covering functional, integration, regression, data and user acceptance testing.
Review and challenge test scenarios, test cases, coverage and execution results produced by delivery teams, ensuring complete evidence and audit-ready governance artefacts.
Lead international onboarding and rollout activities, including readiness assessments, gap analysis, cutover planning, go-live coordination, training and post-implementation validation.
Translate credit-risk, business and data requirements into clear acceptance criteria, while assessing operational workflows, data flows and downstream impacts of model changes.
Align senior stakeholders across Risk, Model Development, Model Validation, Technology, Finance, Operations and local entities, providing clear reporting on risks, dependencies, milestones and deployment readiness.

What you need to have to be considered
Proven experience leading complex testing phases within banking or financial services, including test planning, scenario and coverage review, execution oversight, defect management and production readiness.
Strong knowledge of credit risk and Internal Ratings-Based methodologies, including Probability of Default, Loss Given Default, Exposure at Default and Risk-Weighted Assets calculations.
Demonstrated experience delivering international system, data or model implementations involving multiple countries, business units and senior stakeholders.
Practical business analysis experience, including requirements elicitation, acceptance criteria, process and data-flow mapping, impact assessment and gap analysis.
Excellent stakeholder management, governance and communication skills, with the ability to bring together business, risk, data and technology teams in a complex matrix environment.
These will help you stand out
Experience deploying credit risk models or regulatory change within a large international bank.
Knowledge of model governance, validation, audit evidence and supervisory expectations relating to IRB model implementation.
Experience coordinating rollouts across Europe, the Americas or Asia-Pacific, including local data, process and regulatory considerations.
Ability to interpret testing outputs and challenge delivery quality without needing to write every test case personally.
Experience producing executive-level status reporting, risk logs and deployment-readiness dashboards for governance committees.
