Job Summary

Serve as a Senior Business Process Consultant driving design and implementation of scalable enterprise platforms that seamlessly integrate agentic artificial intelligence and Service Now based workflows in a hybrid day shift environment. Apply deep experience in infrastructure strategy to modernize services strengthen reliability and enable secure automation that improves organizational productivity and creates sustainable value for customers and society.


Responsibilities

  • Architect comprehensive infrastructure blueprints that integrate agentic artificial intelligence capabilities with existing enterprise platforms to deliver resilient scalable and secure solutions that improve business service reliability and user experience.
  • Design end to end infrastructure patterns for hybrid work models aligning data centers cloud environments and edge components so that agentic artificial intelligence services and Service Now workflows operate consistently and efficiently.
  • Oversee the translation of complex business service requirements into infrastructure architectures that support intelligent automation self service experiences and continuous improvement of operational processes.
  • Lead capacity planning performance modeling and resilience strategies for platforms hosting agentic artificial intelligence components and Service Now applications ensuring predictable response times and optimized resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with Service Now teams to define infrastructure standards for workflow orchestration configuration management and integration ensuring that platform foundations support robust catalog services and automated remediation.
  • Provide expert guidance on security compliance and data protection controls within infrastructure designs so that agentic artificial intelligence solutions and service management processes remain trustworthy auditable and aligned to enterprise policies.
  • Drive adoption of infrastructure as code automation and standardized patterns to streamline deployment of environments for development testing and production that host agentic artificial intelligence agents and Service Now modules.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to define monitoring observability and incident response strategies that make use of intelligent alerting and automated runbook execution to reduce downtime and improve service quality.
  • Evaluate emerging infrastructure technologies and artificial intelligence tooling comparing them against architecture principles and recommending pragmatic adoption paths that enhance efficiency sustainability and long term maintainability.
  • Guide documentation standards for infrastructure designs operational procedures and reference architectures so that technical stakeholders and business partners can understand dependencies risks and support models clearly.
  • Mentor engineering and operations personnel by sharing architectural practices for designing robust platforms that leverage agentic artificial intelligence and service management principles to deliver measurable value.
  • Partner with project managers and product owners to estimate infrastructure effort sequence implementation milestones and manage architectural risks ensuring that delivery timelines and quality targets are reliably met.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects to align infrastructure roadmaps with long term digital transformation goals so that agentic artificial intelligence and Service Now investments contribute meaningfully to societal impact through improved services.


Qualifications

  • Bring extensive experience designing large scale infrastructure solutions for complex enterprises with a strong track record of integrating artificial intelligence systems into reliable production platforms.
  • Demonstrate deep hands on expertise in architecting and implementing agentic artificial intelligence frameworks including orchestration of autonomous agents secure data pipelines and scalable compute environments.
  • Possess strong working knowledge of Service Now architecture including platform configuration workflow design integration methods and performance tuning within enterprise infrastructure contexts.
  • Apply advanced skills in cloud infrastructure design virtualization storage networking and container platforms to create flexible foundations for intelligent automation and modern service management.
  • Exhibit strong proficiency in observability tools configuration management and infrastructure as code practices enabling repeatable deployments and consistent operations across hybrid environments.
  • Show proven ability to collaborate with security and compliance teams to embed controls for identity management data governance and risk mitigation within infrastructure solutions that host artificial intelligence services.
  • Offer excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities enabling clear explanation of architectural decisions tradeoffs and benefits to technical and nontechnical audiences.


Certifications Required

Preferred certifications include Service Now Certified System Administrator and a major cloud architect certification such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect.
