About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Dev Specialist with expertise in Git, GitHub, GitLab, GitOps, Agentic AI, and AI Ops to design, automate, and optimize modern infrastructure platforms. This role will focus on driving infrastructure automation, intelligent operations, and GitOps-based deployment practices across hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in infrastructure engineering, DevOps automation, observability, and AI-driven operational excellence.
The successful candidate will work closely with product, platform, engineering, and operations teams to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure solutions that support critical business applications while leveraging emerging AI technologies to improve operational efficiency and service reliability.
In this role, you will
Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure solutions that integrate Agentic AI and AI Ops capabilities to enhance system reliability, fault detection, automated recovery, and compliance with enterprise standards.
Lead GitOps adoption and infrastructure automation initiatives using Git, GitHub, and GitLab, enabling declarative infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and consistent environment deployments.
Develop, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines leveraging Git-based workflows to support infrastructure-as-code, continuous integration, and continuous delivery while reducing manual intervention.
Establish and maintain AI-driven monitoring and observability frameworks to proactively detect anomalies, predict capacity requirements, generate actionable insights, and improve service availability.
Collaborate with product, platform, engineering, and operations teams to translate business and technical requirements into scalable infrastructure solutions that meet performance, security, and reliability objectives.
Standardize repository governance, branching strategies, release processes, and change management practices across multiple teams to improve traceability, deployment consistency, and operational efficiency.
Leverage Agentic AI and AI Ops technologies to automate operational tasks, including log analysis, incident correlation, root cause identification, remediation orchestration, and service restoration activities.
Provide advanced operational support and incident management expertise, participating in rotational support activities, conducting post-incident reviews, and driving continuous improvements to reduce recurring issues and MTTR.
Ensure compliance with security, data protection, governance, and audit requirements by maintaining comprehensive documentation, operational runbooks, architecture artifacts, and secure automation workflows.
Drive continuous innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence initiatives by analyzing performance metrics, optimizing infrastructure utilization, enhancing AI-driven automation models, and promoting resource-efficient technology solutions.
What you need to have to be considered
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Operations, or Platform Engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Git
GitHub
GitLab
GitOps frameworks and methodologies
Experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation solutions.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), configuration management, and automated deployment practices.
Experience implementing monitoring, observability, and operational intelligence solutions.
Strong understanding of incident management, system reliability, and production operations.
Experience working within hybrid cloud and enterprise infrastructure environments.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
These will help you stand out
Experience with Agentic AI platforms and AI-assisted operational tooling.
Hands-on experience implementing AI Ops solutions for monitoring, predictive analytics, and automated remediation.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, container orchestration, and platform engineering practices.
Familiarity with DevSecOps, security automation, and compliance frameworks.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications and distributed infrastructure platforms.
