About the role
As a Solution Architect – Agentic AI, you will make an impact by leading the end-to-end architecture, design, and realization of Agentic and Generative AI solutions for enterprise clients, translating business problems into scalable, secure, and responsible AI-driven architectures. You will be a valued member of the AI solutioning team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, product owners, data scientists, engineers, and security teams, and clients.
In this role, you will
- Design end-to-end Agentic and Generative AI architectures, including LLM selection, agent orchestration, memory, tools, and human oversight mechanisms, covering data ingestion, vector stores, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agent workflows, APIs, and integration layers.
- Architect multi-agent systems capable of autonomous task planning, execution, reflection, and escalation within defined guardrails.
- Embed Responsible AI principles including fairness, explainability, transparency, human oversight, blast radius, and kill-switch mechanisms, and ensure compliance with AI governance standards, enterprise security policies, and regulatory frameworks.
- Translate business use cases into AI solution blueprints, reference architectures, and implementation roadmaps, and provide technical leadership to delivery teams across PoCs, pilots, and production deployments.
- Support pre-sales, RFPs, solutioning, and deal credentialization, mentor architects and engineering teams, and contribute to internal accelerators, reusable assets, and best practices.
