Seeking an experienced Guidewire Technical Lead with strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) to lead delivery, production support, enhancements, cloud upgrades, and integration initiatives for Client Guidewire ecosystem. The role requires a hands-on leader capable of driving technical solutions, stakeholder engagement, and onsite-offshore coordination.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of Guidewire experience with PolicyCenter and BillingCenter.
- Hands-on experience in Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP).
- Strong knowledge of Gosu, Java, SQL, REST/SOAP services, and integrations.
- Experience in Guidewire Cloud upgrades, production support, and enhancement delivery.
- Property & Casualty Insurance domain knowledge.
- Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills.
Preferred
- Guidewire Cloud, PolicyCenter, and BillingCenter Certifications.
- Experience leading onsite-offshore delivery teams.
Experience in large-scale Guidewire Cloud implementation/support programs.

Total compensation
We regularly assess market data to ensure we offer a competitive compensation package for our associates. The base salary for this position ranges between $90000– $160000 per year. Where the successful candidate may fall within the range depends on relevant education, work and/or management experience and other business-related and job-necessary qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual performance-based bonus, as well as benefits that support your physical, mental and financial wellbeing
