About the role
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer (.NET & Angular), you will make an impact by designing, developing, and supporting modern applications within the Distribution domain, with a focus on a new quoting platform. You will be a valued member of a collaborative team consisting of Cognizant associates and contractors, working closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. This role requires strong full stack development expertise across Angular and .NET technologies, along with the ability to support application modernization initiatives.
In this role, you will:
· Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Angular and .NET/C# technologies.
· Contribute to the development and enhancement of a new quoting application within the Distribution portfolio.
· Collaborate with cross-functional team members to deliver high-quality software solutions and support ongoing product enhancements.
· Develop and integrate REST APIs and cloud-based services to enable scalable and reliable application functionality.
· Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and Agile development activities while supporting team success across EST and PST operating hours.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Indianapolis, Indiana.

What you need to have to be considered
· Experience as a Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Angular (latest versions) and .NET/C# development.
· Hands-on experience building and consuming REST APIs.
· Experience working with AWS cloud services.
· Knowledge of GitHub Copilot and modern software development practices.
· Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
This will help you stand out
· Experience supporting applications within the Distribution, Insurance, or Quoting domain.
· Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
· Exposure to application modernization and cloud-native architectures.
· Experience collaborating across distributed teams spanning multiple time zones.
· Proven ability to manage and support application portfolios while balancing multiple priorities.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 to $117,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
