Job Summary

Content Automation Architect with eight to twelve years of experience responsible for designing scalable test automation frameworks and browser based validation solutions using Playwright Selenium Selenium C Sharp React and SQL in a hybrid day shift model. The role focuses on ensuring high quality digital content delivery for enterprise platforms while collaborating with cross functional product and engineering teams to drive resilient releases and measurable operational efficiency across globa


Responsibilities

  • Design and evolve robust content automation architectures using Playwright and Selenium Selenium C Sharp to validate complex digital experiences across multiple browsers environments and device configurations ensuring reliable regression coverage and efficient test execution cycles.
  • Develop and maintain reusable test automation frameworks and component libraries that integrate seamlessly with React based front end applications and backend services powered by SQL data stores enabling consistent validation of content rendering data integrity and user interactions.
  • Collaborate with product owners engineering teams and quality specialists to translate business requirements and acceptance criteria into comprehensive automation strategies and test suites that prioritize high impact user journeys and critical retail banking workflows when applicable.
  • Optimize test data management and SQL query design to support dynamic scenario generation targeted edge case coverage and reliable validation of transactional flows while safeguarding customer information through rigorous data handling standards and controls.
  • Integrate automation pipelines into continuous integration and continuous delivery ecosystems to enable repeatable execution fast feedback and automated reporting thereby reducing manual regression effort and accelerating high quality releases for enterprise content platforms.
  • Analyze automation execution trends defect patterns and performance metrics to identify gaps eliminate flaky tests and refine test suites resulting in improved stability reduced maintenance overhead and higher confidence in release readiness for business stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance on the selection configuration and use of Playwright Selenium and Selenium C Sharp libraries frameworks and tools ensuring that automation solutions remain scalable maintainable and aligned to enterprise architecture guardrails.
  • Coordinate with user experience and design teams to validate visual layouts interactive components and accessibility considerations within React based user interfaces leveraging automation to confirm consistent experiences across supported client environments.
  • Establish documentation standards coding conventions and review practices for automation assets so that scripts frameworks and utilities remain understandable reusable and easily onboarded by new team members across global locations.
  • Collaborate with operations and support functions to automate smoke tests and production validation checks that monitor critical content journeys thereby reducing incident frequency and enhancing customer trust in digital channels.
  • Drive proof of concept efforts for emerging automation technologies frameworks and cloud based execution platforms ensuring that successful approaches are industrialized and contribute to long term efficiency and reliability improvements.
  • Coordinate with compliance and risk teams to align test automation approaches with governance requirements especially for retail banking processes ensuring that validations are comprehensive traceable and audit ready when needed.
  • Support hybrid work collaboration by using remote friendly tools structured communication and well documented automation assets so that distributed team members can effectively contribute to design development execution and maintenance activities.


Qualifications

  • Possess eight to twelve years of progressive experience in test automation and content validation with a primary focus on architecting solutions and frameworks that support large scale enterprise applications and digital platforms.
  • Demonstrate advanced hands on expertise in Playwright including scripting design locator strategies and configuration for parallel execution and headless runs ensuring reliable coverage across modern browser stacks.
  • Exhibit strong proficiency in Selenium and Selenium C Sharp including framework setup abstraction design and integration with reporting and build systems so that tests remain modular scalable and simple to maintain.
  • Show solid working knowledge of React including component based structures event handling and state management concepts enabling effective design of automation strategies that align with front end implementation patterns.
  • Apply practical SQL skills for building queries managing test data and validating database states across transactional and reporting scenarios ensuring accurate alignment between user interface behavior and underlying data models.
  • Utilize experience in hybrid ways of working and day shift collaboration to coordinate effectively with onshore and offshore stakeholders using structured communication and clear documentation practices.
  • Leverage retail banking domain exposure when available to design automation coverage that accurately reflects account servicing payments lending journeys and regulatory constraints thereby increasing the relevance and quality of tests.
  • Display strong analytical problem solving and communication capabilities that support clear articulation of automation strategies risk assessments and improvement recommendations to technical and nontechnical partners.


Certifications Required

Recommended certifications include ISTQB Test Automation Engineer or equivalent advanced test automation credential and any recognized certification in Selenium or Playwright tooling.
