Our consulting practice helps clients reimagine their business through enterprise process, transformation management and technology consulting. Your project could involve conducting industry research, facilitating client working sessions and delivering tech solutions.
Technology
Our tech teams design, build and optimize solutions that helps our clients stay ahead. Your project could involve application development, maintenance, testing, business requirements gathering and analysis and project management.

As the longest-tenured Workday services partner, we’ve helped 2,000+ companies transform their business through HR and finance technology solutions. Your project could involve sharing insights, analyzing client challenges and supporting go-to-market initiatives.
Your path to Cognizant
Step 1: Application
Once you’ve reviewed the job posting, apply with your resume and show us why you’re a great fit. We use one posting for each hiring area and will match you to a role based on your background and business needs.
Step 2: Recruiter call
If one of our recruiters sees a fit, they’ll set up a short introductory call to learn more about you and how your experiences and skills align with the role.
Step 3: Interview(s)
If you and our team would like to continue the process, you’ll meet with one of our hiring managers. Some roles may also require technical assessments and/or client interviews.
Step 4: Final decision
Our hiring team will then review each candidates’ potential to succeed in the role. This process may take some time because we want to get it right—but you can count on us to keep you updated.

Students currently in their 3rd year of a full-time bachelor’s degree who hold permanent work authorization are eligible to apply. Additional eligibility requirements differ by role, so be sure to check the qualifications section of each job posting.

To stand out in your application, share specific examples from your past experiences that show how you’ve embraced a growth mindset.
