Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Test Analyst with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team to perform GxP validation activities . The ideal candidate will have expertise in Requirement Lifecycle Management Testing & Documentation Auto Functional/Regression Testing Test Metrics and Reporting Manual Data Testing Test and Defect Management and Manual Testing. A strong understanding of Regulatory Compliance is essential. This hybrid role requires no travel and operates during day shift


Responsibilities

  • Lead the testing efforts by designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure high-quality software delivery for Machine Control System Validation activities.
  • Oversee the entire Requirement Lifecycle Management process and GxP Validation documentation to ensure all requirements are accurately captured and tested and all the documents are as per the compliance.
  • Provide detailed documentation of testing processes and results to maintain transparency and facilitate future reference.
  • Conduct Auto Functional and Regression Testing to validate software functionality and ensure seamless integration.
  • Analyze test metrics and generate detailed reports to provide insights into testing progress and quality assurance.
  • Perform Manual Data Testing to ensure data integrity and accuracy across all systems.
  • Manage test and defect processes to identify track and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Execute Manual Testing to validate software functionality and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with Regulatory Compliance standards to mitigate risks and adhere to industry regulations.
  • Utilize test metrics to continuously improve testing processes and enhance software quality.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to development teams to improve software design and functionality.
  • Support the team in achieving project goals by delivering high-quality testing outcomes.

  • Qualifications

  • Collaborate with QA for GxP Change control process
  • Possess strong analytical skills to identify and resolve complex testing issues effectively.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Requirement Lifecycle Management and Testing & Documentation.
  • Have experience in Auto Functional/Regression Testing and Test Metrics and Reporting.
  • Exhibit expertise in Manual Data Testing and Test and Defect Management.
  • Show a deep understanding of Regulatory Compliance within the testing domain.
  • Display excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality testing results.

  • Certifications Required

    ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Analyst
