About the role
As a Workday Integration Consultant you will be a valued member of the EPS team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to lead the day-to-day activities of Workday integration projects for one of our key clients, including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews. In this role, you will:
- Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations using Workday Studio and other integration tools.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
- Perform data analysis and validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Workday integrations.
- Document integration processes and provide training to clients and team members.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.
Work model

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 1 day a week in a client or Cognizant office in Buenos Aires, Argentina. What you need to have to be considered
- At least 4 years of experience in Workday integration development and support.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Studio and other integration tools.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules.
- Experience with data transformation, mapping, and validation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency.

- Ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with AMS support and post-Go-Live enhancements.
- Strong documentation and training capabilities.
