Job Summary

Join our team as a Technical Lead where you will leverage your expertise in REST Web Services Core Java and PL/SQL to drive impactful solutions in the Finance and Accounting domain. With 5 to 7 years of experience you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining high-quality software applications. This position offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on innovation and excellence all while working from our office during day shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of robust software applications using REST Web Services Core Java and PL/SQL to meet business requirements in the Finance and Accounting domain.
  • Oversee the implementation of technical solutions ensuring they align with industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications by conducting thorough testing and debugging.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software applications ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Monitor and optimize application performance implementing enhancements as needed to improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects meeting or exceeding expectations.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies integrating them into existing and new projects.
  • Facilitate code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high coding standards.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
  • Support the deployment of applications providing post-deployment support and troubleshooting as required.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.


Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in REST Web Services Core Java and PL/SQL with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the Finance and Accounting domain understanding its unique challenges and requirements.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Display strong communication skills capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development staying abreast of industry advancements.
  • Have a detail-oriented mindset ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of work.
  • Be a proactive team player willing to take initiative and contribute to team success.


Certifications Required

Oracle Certified Professional Java SE Programmer Certified REST API Developer
