Job Summary
Join our team as a Technical Lead where you will leverage your expertise in REST Web Services Core Java and PL/SQL to drive impactful solutions in the Finance and Accounting domain. With 5 to 7 years of experience you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining high-quality software applications. This position offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on innovation and excellence all while working from our office during day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of robust software applications using REST Web Services Core Java and PL/SQL to meet business requirements in the Finance and Accounting domain.
- Oversee the implementation of technical solutions ensuring they align with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications by conducting thorough testing and debugging.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software applications ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Monitor and optimize application performance implementing enhancements as needed to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects meeting or exceeding expectations.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies integrating them into existing and new projects.
- Facilitate code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high coding standards.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Support the deployment of applications providing post-deployment support and troubleshooting as required.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Possess strong experience in REST Web Services Core Java and PL/SQL with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Demonstrate expertise in the Finance and Accounting domain understanding its unique challenges and requirements.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Display strong communication skills capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
