Key Responsibilities list what the person will be doing on a day to day basis percent of time
Lead SAC Workstream from design through cutover managing client stakeholders and team
Conduct workshops to identify and finalize end to end Planning requirements Eg Revenue or HR or CapEx PNL BS CF etc to be built in SAP Analytics Cloud SAC
Derive Solution Architecture and Planning process design sessions
Identify the key technical business gaps and provide innovative solutions to address them in a timely manner
Develop SAC plans manage deadlines and coordinate the SAC developer team activities with project timelines
Provide techno functional direction to develop SAC framework for key activities such as BI planning and predictive analytics
Estimate the efforts and identify project skill and resource requirements and work with PMO to manage the deliverables on time and budget
Collaborate with the crossfunctional team such as SAP BW and S 4HANA ERP teams to develop integrated SAC solution to support business processes executing project deliverables with an emphasis on quality productivity and consistency

Essential Skills
Expert in SAC Planning topics such as
Planning Models including granular configuration and advanced modelling techniques Data Locking and Data Access Control Allocations and Distributions
Version Management public private versions simulations
Data Actions and Multi Actions complex sequences dynamic parameters
Hands on experience with driver based planning scenarios using data action advanced formulas
Advanced Planning Features eg VDT Predictive Planning Smart Insights
Workflows Calendar task for planning cycles
Integration with external data sources flat files APIs
Domain Knowledge experience
Candidate should know FP and A and Budget Planning process concepts
Integration Expertise
Good understanding of SAC Planning integration with BW Import Export Live Connection scenarios
Others but important
Knowledge of SDLC processes Change Management Transports Deployment strategies
Ability to develop functional technical specification documents and design best in class technical solutions
Recommend best practices for configuring SAC considering overall architecture for integration performance and stability
Support Unit Testing SIT UAT and performance testing activities for SAC portion of SAP implementation
Develop cutover strategy for SAC activities for Golive
Setup and configure security requirements roles authorizations data access profiles
Nice to Have Skills
BW BWoH BW 4HANA or BPC technical experience
Data retraction to BW BPC S 4H and Predictive Planning
Knowledge of SAC roadmap and ability to stay updated on new features such as Seamless Planning Datasphere SAC integration
Familiarity with SAC performance optimization techniques
Story Building with advanced scripting using JavaScript Ability to design custom widgets and dynamic layouts for planning stories
Qualifications
B TECH B COM MBA finance or CA
Relevant SAP certifications preferred
