IT Technical Lead

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design of SAP solutions across different business processes.
  • Oversee end-to-end SAP implementation, enhancement, and support activities.
  • Manage technical specifications, effort estimation, and delivery timelines.
  • Lead system integration, testing, and go-live activities.
  • Resolve complex technical issues and escalations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of SAP developers and consultants.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders.
  • Liaise with SAP Basis, infrastructure, and security teams.
  • Report progress, risks, and issues to project management.
  • Interact professionally with executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Work creatively and analytically in complex problem-solving environments.
  • Navigate complex technology environments and collaborate effectively with multiple teams globally.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience leading the technical design and delivery of SAP solutions.
  • Experience with SAP implementation, enhancement, and support activities.
  • Experience managing technical specifications, effort estimation, and delivery planning.
  • Experience leading system integration, testing, and go-live activities.
  • Experience resolving complex technical issues and escalations.
  • Experience leading and mentoring SAP developers and consultants.
  • Strong collaboration skills with architects, functional consultants, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting global or cross-functional teams.
  • SAP ECC6 and S/4HANA implementation experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with regulatory compliance requirements including GxP and ISO.
