IT Technical Lead

Role Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design of SAP solutions across different business processes.
- Oversee end-to-end SAP implementation, enhancement, and support activities.
- Manage technical specifications, effort estimation, and delivery timelines.
- Lead system integration, testing, and go-live activities.
- Resolve complex technical issues and escalations.
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP developers and consultants.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Liaise with SAP Basis, infrastructure, and security teams.
- Report progress, risks, and issues to project management.
- Interact professionally with executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Work creatively and analytically in complex problem-solving environments.
- Navigate complex technology environments and collaborate effectively with multiple teams globally.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading the technical design and delivery of SAP solutions.
- Experience with SAP implementation, enhancement, and support activities.
- Experience managing technical specifications, effort estimation, and delivery planning.
- Experience leading system integration, testing, and go-live activities.
- Experience resolving complex technical issues and escalations.
- Experience leading and mentoring SAP developers and consultants.
- Strong collaboration skills with architects, functional consultants, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting global or cross-functional teams.
- SAP ECC6 and S/4HANA implementation experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with regulatory compliance requirements including GxP and ISO.
