Job Summary
Consulting Analyst role requiring five to seven years of experience in property and casualty insurance to deliver insightful analysis process optimization and strategic recommendations for global clients in a hybrid work model. Responsibilities
Analyze complex property and casualty insurance portfolios to identify trends loss drivers and profitability levers that support data informed decisions for client stakeholders.Develop clear analytical frameworks and models that evaluate underwriting quality pricing adequacy and product performance to help clients refine their insurance strategies.Design process improvement recommendations for policy administration and claims handling that enhance operational efficiency and align with regulatory expectations in target markets.Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate insurance domain needs into practical solution requirements that can be implemented within existing systems and workflows.Prepare structured client ready reports and presentations that communicate analytical findings strategic options and measurable impact in a concise and compelling format.Support implementation of recommended changes by defining action plans tracking progress and validating outcomes against agreed performance indicators in property and casualty lines.Coordinate workshops and working sessions with client subject matter experts to elicit requirements validate assumptions and build shared understanding of insurance business challenges.Conduct market and competitor research focused on property and casualty products distribution models and digital trends to inform consulting insights and strategic positioning for clients.Evaluate the impact of regulatory and compliance changes in key jurisdictions on property and casualty operations and recommend practical adjustments for processes and documentation.Create reusable analytical templates domain reference materials and knowledge artifacts that strengthen the consulting practice capabilities in the insurance segment.Guide junior team members on insurance concepts analytical approaches and project standards to ensure consistent quality of deliverables across engagements.Maintain strong stakeholder communication by providing timely updates managing expectations and addressing risks or dependencies that could affect consulting outcomes.Align daily activities with the organizations purpose by helping clients design fair transparent and resilient insurance solutions that protect people assets and communities.
Qualifications
Demonstrate deep hands on experience in property and casualty insurance including underwriting practices claims processes policy lifecycle and related regulatory norms.Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills using tools such as spreadsheets business intelligence platforms or statistical methods to interpret insurance data and derive insights.Bring prior consulting or advisory exposure where responsibilities included developing recommendations preparing client deliverables and supporting implementation in insurance contexts.Show proficiency in documenting business requirements process flows and use cases that accurately capture property and casualty operational realities for project teams.Exhibit clear written and verbal communication skills that enable effective interaction with client business stakeholders technical partners and internal colleagues in hybrid work settings.Apply structured project execution practices such as effort estimation task prioritization and risk tracking to deliver consulting assignments within day shift schedules.
