Job summary
Drive strategic corporate recruitment for a multinational organization by designing and executing high impact hiring strategies for complex global functions. Use deep expertise in Taleo Enterprise Edition Oracle Taleo functional recruitment and advanced Excel analytics to optimize hiring funnels quality of hire and recruiter productivity. Collaborate across business units in a hybrid work model while maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience and stakeholder satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead end to end corporate recruitment strategies that align with long term workforce planning and business growth objectives across multiple regions and functions
- Oversee full lifecycle recruitment activities within Taleo Enterprise Edition to ensure accurate requisition management interview scheduling offer processing and onboarding workflows
- Drive optimization of Oracle Taleo functional recruitment configurations to improve hiring efficiency reporting capabilities and consistency of global talent processes
- Manage stakeholder relationships with business leaders and hiring managers by providing data informed talent market insights and clear expectations on hiring timelines and profiles
- Coordinate hybrid work collaboration across onsite and remote team members to maintain seamless communication transparency and adherence to recruitment service level agreements
- Develop advanced Excel based dashboards and analytical models that track recruitment funnel metrics source effectiveness and quality of hire indicators for continuous improvement
- Provide strategic guidance to recruitment teams on sourcing approaches screening techniques and assessment methods that support inclusive hiring and high performance cultures
- Create standardized interview frameworks and evaluation criteria that promote fairness reduce bias and improve predictability of hiring outcomes for corporate roles
- Implement structured candidate engagement practices that enhance employer brand reputation through timely communication detailed feedback and smooth onboarding experiences
- Collaborate closely with HR operations and compensation teams to ensure accurate offer generation compliance with internal policies and alignment to market benchmarks
- Monitor recruitment performance against agreed metrics and use Excel data analysis to recommend process changes automation opportunities and capability building priorities
- Ensure strict compliance with global and local employment regulations internal audit requirements and data privacy standards within Taleo and associated recruitment processes
- Coordinate language sensitive recruitment activities by managing Spanish and English communication across candidate outreach interview facilitation and documentation for multinational teams
Qualifications
- Demonstrate extensive hands on experience configuring and operating Taleo Enterprise Edition including requisition flows approval chains candidate stages and integrated reporting capabilities
- Exhibit strong functional expertise in Oracle Taleo recruitment modules with proven ability to translate hiring requirements into efficient workflows and practical system enhancements
- Apply advanced Excel and MS Excel skills to build complex formulas pivot tables and visual reports that clearly present recruitment trends and enable evidence based decision making
- Possess deep experience in corporate recruitment gained over many years in large scale organizations managing senior level and specialist hiring across business and support functions
- Communicate fluently as a native Spanish speaker while reading writing and speaking English with high proficiency to support cross border recruitment and stakeholder collaboration
- Show proven capability working in hybrid environments by effectively balancing virtual collaboration tools with onsite engagement to maintain productivity and strong stakeholder connections
- Bring a track record of designing and refining structured recruitment processes that increase efficiency reduce time to hire and strengthen overall candidate and hiring manager satisfaction
Certifications Required
Taleo Enterprise Edition certification or equivalent Oracle recruiting cloud certification preferred
