Sr. Consultant / Bookability Engineer
About the role
As a Sr. Consultant / Bookability Engineer, you will make an impact by driving business and operational excellence through the optimization of booking performance, content distribution, and transactional systems. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, resolve complex issues, and implement solutions that improve operational performance and customer experience.
In this role, you will:
- Lead business and operational assessments to identify opportunities for improving booking performance, content quality, and system efficiency.
- Analyze business requirements and operational data to develop recommendations that support strategic objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Support the configuration, testing, validation, and implementation of solutions within complex distribution and transactional environments.
- Investigate operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution efforts with multiple stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators, including conversion rates, transaction volumes, and operational metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, requirements gathering sessions, and solution workshops to align objectives and priorities.
- Partner with business and technical teams to support process optimization and operational transformation initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and executive updates that communicate insights and recommendations effectively.

What you need to have to be considered
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, operational support, business systems, distribution platforms, or related environments.
- Strong experience analyzing operational performance, identifying trends, and developing data-driven recommendations.
- Experience supporting transactional, booking, reservation, distribution, or customer-facing systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholder groups in fast-paced environments.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working closely with business, operational, and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.

- Experience with Bookability, content optimization, conversion improvement, or operational performance initiatives.
- Experience working with enterprise distribution platforms, transactional systems, or supplier-facing environments.
- Familiarity with NDC, content distribution, or digital commerce ecosystems.
- Experience managing customer relationships, supplier interactions, or strategic operational initiatives.
- Experience leading workshops, improvement programs, or cross-functional projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field.
