Educator / Facilitator – Learning & Development (IT & AI Focus)
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Educator / Facilitator to join the Learning & Development (L&D) team and play a critical role in building future‑ready capabilities across the organization.
The role focuses on facilitating learning interventions in Information Technology domains, including emerging technologies and Artificial Intelligence, while also supporting country‑level skilling priorities, representing L&D in Works Council and related forums, and managing associated administrative and governance activities.
This role is ideal for a practitioner who combines strong facilitation credibility, technology fluency, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Learning Facilitation & Delivery
· Design and deliver high‑quality instructor‑led and blended learning programs across Information Technology domains, including:
o Core IT concepts
o Emerging technologies
o Artificial Intelligence and AI‑enabled ways of working
· Facilitate sessions for diverse learner audiences across levels, ensuring high engagement, clarity, and practical relevance
· Adapt content and facilitation approaches to suit different learning contexts (classroom, virtual, blended)
· Anchor facilitation in real‑world examples, use cases, and applied learning
2. Country‑Level Skilling & Capability Enablement
· Support country‑specific skilling initiatives aligned to organizational priorities
· Partner with internal stakeholders to understand capability gaps and learning needs
· Execute learning programs that address local workforce skilling requirements while aligning to global L&D standards
· Act as a visible L&D representative for skilling initiatives within the country
3. Stakeholder Representation & Governance
· Represent the L&D function in Works Council meetings and other employee, business, or governance forums as required
· Communicate learning objectives, approaches, and outcomes clearly to diverse stakeholder groups
· Ensure alignment with organizational policies, guidelines, and compliance expectations
· Build trusted relationships with internal partners, employee representatives, and leadership stakeholders
4. Learning Operations & Administrative Support
· Support administrative and operational activities related to learning programs, including:
o Program coordination and scheduling
o Documentation and reporting
o Stakeholder communication
o Compliance and governance requirements
· Maintain accurate records and artifacts related to learning delivery and engagement
· Contribute to continuous improvement of L&D processes and practices
Experience & Qualifications
Required Experience
· Minimum 5 years of hands‑on facilitation experience in a corporate or professional learning environment
· Proven experience delivering learning programs in Information Technology domains
· Demonstrated exposure to emerging technologies and/or Artificial Intelligence topics
· Experience working with diverse learner groups across roles and seniority levels
Preferred Experience
· Experience working in large, matrixed organizations
· Exposure to country‑level or regional skilling initiatives
· Prior experience engaging with employee councils, governance bodies, or representative forums
· Familiarity with blended learning models (classroom, virtual, digital)
· Fluent in French and English
