Job Summary
The Manager-Solutions & BD will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by managing stakeholder relationships and developing innovative solutions. With a focus on the Hi-Tech and Online domains this hybrid role requires a strategic thinker with 10 to 12 years of experience. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver impactful solutions that enhance the companys market presence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of business strategies to drive growth in the Hi-Tech and Online sectors.
- Oversee stakeholder management processes to ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams.
- Provide innovative solutions that align with business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business challenges and opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.

- Prepare and present reports and proposals to senior management and stakeholders.
