Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Engineer with 8 to 12 years of expertise in Snowflake Machine Learning Python and SQL scripting. The role involves analyzing complex datasets deriving actionable insights and contributing to data-driven decision-making in a hybrid work model with day shifts.

Responsibilities

Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends patterns and actionable insights that align with business objectives

Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using Snowflake to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval

Apply machine learning techniques to solve business problems and improve predictive analytics capabilities

Write efficient and optimized SQL scripts to query and manipulate data for reporting and analysis

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide solutions that meet organizational goals

Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to present data insights in a clear and impactful manner

Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust data validation and quality checks

Provide technical expertise in Python programming to automate data processing tasks and streamline workflows

Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden insights and opportunities for business growth

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data analytics and machine learning to continuously improve processes

Document data processes methodologies and findings to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity

Support ad-hoc data analysis requests and deliver timely insights to stakeholders

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of data systems and tools. Qualifications

Demonstrate strong proficiency in Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics

Showcase expertise in machine learning algorithms and their practical applications

Exhibit advanced skills in Python programming for data manipulation and automation

Possess deep knowledge of SQL scripting for querying and managing relational databases

Display excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex datasets

Have a solid understanding of data visualization tools and techniques

Show familiarity with data governance and best practices for ensuring data quality

Demonstrate effective communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders

Possess a bachelors degree in computer science data analytics or a related field

Hold a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions in previous roles

Exhibit strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Show adaptability to hybrid work environments and the ability to manage tasks independently.
