Job Summary
With Sound business/functional knowledge on trading and commodity side needed 6+ years overall
Familiarity with standard support processes such as incident and issue management
Experience of working in a high volume time critical environment.
Strong Technical Knowledge on SQL Server or Oracle Able to interact with the customer on day to day issues and send reports on daily basis
Should be able to communicate with Business Users and other stakeholders whenever needed
Responsibilities

Familiarity with standard support processes such as incident and issue management
Experience of working in a high volume time critical environment.
Strong Technical Knowledge on SQL Server or Oracle Able to interact with the customer on day to day issues and send reports on daily basis
Should be able to communicate with Business Users and other stakeholders whenever needed
Experienced in Handling Production Issues and provide Bug Fix/ Solution in Production
Providing Second and Third line support for user issues
Ensuring production systems are fully operational and provide quick work around and solution
Must be able to speak fluently in English
Strong verbal and written communication both with business users and
internal IT teams.
Experience in preparing analysing and presenting reports
Should have knowledge in ITIL
Good to have Oracle Fusion/ERP functional knowledge experience
